Our programme is as follows:
Seniors at the Bay, a morning drop-in, with chair exercises and interesting activities to get the brain going. We are running shortened sessions from 10am – 11am in Orange. Currently with a waiting list on both days so contact Claire to get on the list. We will be working within our safety plan, as keeping our seniors safe is a big priority.
Seniors have regular visiting speakers, themed days and other activities. We use the 5 ways of wellness from The Mental Health Foundation of NZ. Our values are mental stimulation, social interaction and FUN!
10 am Communion service, with morning tea to follow and the best cakes in the Bay! A life group meets after the service and welcomes people to join them.
