Our programme is as follows:
Seniors at the Bay, a morning day centre, with chair exercises and interesting activities to get the brain going.
Currently, with a waiting list on both days, so contact Claire to get on the list.
Seniors have regular themed days and other activities. We use the 5 ways of wellness from The Mental Health Foundation of NZ. Our values are mental stimulation, social interaction and FUN!
10 am Communion service, with morning tea to follow and the best cakes in the Bay! A life group meets after the service and welcomes people to join them.
